The Wichmann Innovation Awards, presented annually at the INTERGEO trade show, honour groundbreaking products and solutions that advance geospatial technology. Hexagon, through its renowned brand Leica Geosystems, has been a consistent contender and frequent honoree. In 2023, we were thrilled to win both the software and the hardware category. The award is especially significant because it reflects the judgment of an expert jury and the voting of the broader geospatial community.
LocLab, part of Hexagon, applies for award with digital twin solution
For the 2024 award, LocLab, part of Hexagon, has put forward its application for LocLab Cloud, a secure end-to-end solution for 3D digital twins. LocLab Cloud powered by HxDR is an integration solution for digital 3D twins. Through the cloud-based platform, users can upload, create, manage, monitor and share digital 3D models and link them to existing systems such as ERP, FM and IoT through configurable interfaces. Intuitively access data from different sources and systems via the spatial 3D model for predictive maintenance, scenario planning, sustainability analyses and overall improved decision-making.
